The Terms and Conditions below are in place with us at ‘4Ever Swim’ Please read carefully. Section 5 is only for New Place Swimmers

Section 1 - Swimming Lessons – Swimmer/Parent/Carer Agreement.

1) Swimmers are committed to a term of swimming lessons (e.g. 11 to 15 weeks) due to our pool hire agreement. Summer, Winter, Spring Term. 2) Lessons will be 30 mins long 3) There will be 2 payment options: • 3A) Pay in full • 3B) Monthly instalments 1st of Each Month 4) Payments should be paid one month in advance and on the 1st of every month. 5) Payment details will be visible on your invoice payment plan 6) Any late payments over 1 week will now result in a late payment charge fee of £5 per week until balance is settled. 7) After 3 late payments you will be transferred to Class for Kids Direct Debit who charge a 6% (per transaction) additional fee for this service. 8) Childs name must be clearly stated on and referenced on the BACS transfer. 9) We ask that all communication is now through Facebook messenger, or Email this gives visibility and access for both Kimberley and Clare.

Section 2 - Swimmer

2A) If the swimmer has a sickness or Diarrhoea Bug, then we ask them not to attend swimming lessons until they have a full 48 hours clear, So as to not pass infection onto Teachers other swimmers. 2B) Any new medical information including Learning or Medical Disabilities about the swimmer, Must be put in writing to Kimberley and Clare. The Teacher will then be informed. 2C) We always appreciate if those Swimmers who cannot attend lessons would like to inform 4Ever swim via an Email, Facebook Message or a phone call. 2D) 4Ever Swim will inform swimmers of all fire safety and exits to all swimmers, parents or carers. 2E) Babies and Children that are not toilet trained must wear swim nappies.

Section 3 - Swimming Lessons – Swimmer/Parent/Carer Agreement CONT.

A) Swimmers will always be under the guidance of a qualified swimming instructor. B) All swimmers must be kind and use appropriate language during lessons. C) All swimmers must not be physically violent or hurt other swimmers D)If the child is not following instructions correctly and safety is compromised to the instructor and other attendees. If the above is not adhered to, then 4Ever Swim reserve the right to terminate remaining term lessons with no refund. E) All swimmers must tie long hair back. F)All swimmers must remove all jewellery for lessons. G) All swimmers are encouraged to use the showers before entering the pool. H) Refunds cannot be given on lessons, Due to the agreement of pool hire we have at the venue. In special circumstances we may waive this. I) Once committed to re-enrolling for the next term and the payment option has been selected, no further changes can be made. J) in an emergency or if first aid is needed 1 teacher will then have to take all swimmers (group/1:2:1) to enable us to deal with the situation. K) Use of Bumbo'c chairs, 4Ever Swim can provide the use of Bumbo chairs to assist during changing, we do not take any responsibility for your child's safety whilst using the chair.

Section 4 - Swimming Lessons – 4Ever Swim Agreement

A) 4Ever Swim will send an invoice email with term dates and payment details B) Any change in the event of your 4Ever Swim teacher being absent, we will inform you as soon as we are aware. In this case we will either try to cover your lesson with a cover teacher or refund your lesson or adjust it in the next term. C) In the event pool closure beyond our control 4Ever Swim will do their best to find a replacement venue alternatively, refund your lesson or adjust it in your next term or offer a replacement lesson, We also hold the right to increase group lessons to 4 children as a replacement lesson this will not be permanent. D) In the event of Adverse Weather conditions we will directly inform you of any changes we make as soon as possible, if we have decided to cancel your lesson we shall provide a replacement lesson. E) In the event of an emergency in the pool 4Ever Swim will move lessons to another part of the pool or cancel and refund lessons or tag onto next term or offer a replacement lesson. F) 4Ever Swim will provide all swimmers with a certificate at the end of each term. G) Children attending Home Education lessons this will be an additional charge. H) 4Ever Swim Teachers will all hold a valid: • Enhanced DBS check. • Nationally recognised swimming qualification with the ASA. • Nationally recognised Pool Rescue Award. • Nationally recognised safeguarding children award. I) 4Ever Swim will hold all the relevant insurance.

Section 5 - New Place Customers ONLY

​

1) Swimmers must come to lessons ‘Swim ready’ e.g. costume under clothing/onesie. (Changing rooms will not be available at the start of lessons) EXCEPT for babies to change them into swim nappies and costume. 2) Swimmers, parent or guardian must bring spare change of footwear for pool side preferably flip flops or crocs. Alternatively blue overshoes can be utilized just as you enter poolside. 3) No food is allowed on poolside, Only water bottles. 4) Water cooler and cups are for New Place Members Only. 5) Please only arrive 5 minutes early for your child's swim lesson, this is due to restriction of space on poolside. 6) Parents/Carers must sit on the chairs provided on poolside and not be disruptive or chat loudly during lessons. 7) Parents/Carers and Swimmers MUST NOT use the members towels. Please bring your own. 8) Only 1 Parent/Carer can watch lessons due to restriction on space, However 4Ever Swim suggests this could be rotated with one sitting in the Hotel Reception area for half the lesson. 9) No buggies or wheelchairs are allowed on the poolside and must be kept folded on the top floor. 10) Siblings are allowed on poolside but must be kept under control with an adult. 11) To Access Poolside a Door Code will be required, this can be collected from the hotel main reception.
